There are of course 100's of different tools you can use but it's always great to have a recommendation from someone who is using them day in day out to run their business.
I have broken them down into categories so you can scan through and pick out the tools you are looking for easily.
So let's start from scratch and work through the list.
Domain Name Registration
Go Daddy - This is my favourite when it comes to domain name registration their support is second to none if you just starting out as a new customer you can often get specials at 99 cents for your first year which is a no brainer when it comes to cost.
Hosting
Bluehost (Special Discounts Always Available) - I have always been with Bluehost from day one when someone recommended them to me, I also use them for all my clients that need hosting. I have never had any issues with any websites during the years I have been online. Which is quite a few now !
Website Creation
WordPress (Free) Originally started as a blogging platform but has evolved into such an amazing tool for building great websites and sales funnels. If you already have hosting elsewhere don't panic your provider should be able to add WordPress for you. Note I would always self host period !

Thrive Content Builder (One time low fee) This plugin is fairly new on the block, but WOW, when I first used it I was blown away, seriously, if you want a simple and fast way to create pages and posts on WordPress then this is a must have tool. You can also build stand alone sales funnels too. Well worth the investment. Update Oct 2017 is now know as Thrive Architect still one time low fee but much easier to use.

Thrive Themes Although content builder enables you to build on any WordPress theme even the free ones Thrive also do their own custom built themes so if you want someone a bit different then take a look at their amazing themes. I nearer always use Thrive themes to build clients websites on.
Shopify (Free Trial Available) Online shopping is just big business now, having the ability to do this from your website gives you a great advantage. The best site I have used and would totally recommend is Shopify you can even trial it first.
Images
Fotolia I use this site for licensed images, there are 1000's of images to choose from across most niches.
Canva (Free) Probably the best free tool around for creating images, for blog posts, sales pages and even websites. If you have a little creativity then you will love this.
Lead Generation
Aweber (Free Trial Available) I have had my Aweber account since I started online and they have never let me down. I also use them for all my clients too.

Thrive Leads Another great plugin from Thrive works brilliantly with Aweber and most email marketing sites.
Video Creation & Editing
Content Samurai (Free Trial Available) The fastest and easiest way of creating professional videos I have come across, you can add in text, images and even video clips. The free trial gives you access to the complete system unlike some others and you can create unlimited videos.
Videomaker FX (One Time Low Fee) Produce great animated videos using this, although I don't use that often it's a sound product that allows you to make jawdropping high paced videos.
Camtastia (PC) Screen Flow (MAC) (Free Trial Available) Brilliant editing tool, I have been using for years now to produce great videos, you can even add in videos shot on your mobile and edit before producing.
Tube Buddy (Free Account Available) Time saving tool to use with Youtube if you already use Youtube or thinking that video is going to be your thing then check out Tube Buddy it will not only save you time but gives you great tips to get more views and higher rankings.
Content Promotion
Social Monkee Simple to use backlinking tool that enables you to promote out your content and webpages giving you backlinks that can help your site rank in the search engines.
Buffer (Free version available) Ideal tool for scheduling your posting to social media sites there are free and paid versions I only use the free version.
Social Oomph (Free version available) Powerful content distribution tool that allows you set it and forget it giving you more time to get on with other jobs. Ideal for Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Linkedin
IFTTT (If This Then That) Amazing free content distribution platform with all the major social networks plus loads of minor ones too... definitely need to check this one out!
Outsourcing
Fiverr Brilliant site for all sorts for small jobs, and everything is $5. I use it all the time saves me money and time.
Keyword Research
Market Samurai More than just a keyword research tool, discover what your competition are doing and how you canget above them in the rankings
